One night. That’s all it took for everything I knew and loved to be gone.
Riley. Blake. Matt. Cameron.
These guys have always been my safe haven, the place I ran to when things got tough. Best friends since forever, they were the unwavering pillars that stood by me when no one else did.
As we grew up, we dreamed our dreams and planned big things—always facing the world head-on. Together.
But life is not a fairytale. And dreams are nothing more than whispered words we tell ourselves to make us feel like we are the ones who are in charge.
Destiny came knocking and I only had one choice to make. Run. Stay hidden. Stay safe. Talk to no one.
Including them.
But when destiny comes for me again, I make another choice. One I hope will put me back in control.
Only my decision puts me smack dab in their path—at the same university.
Each broken in their own way, they are not the boys I used to know.
Time has changed us—all five of us.
One thing is for certain. My guys—my pack from childhood, if I can still call them that—want to break me, to shatter my soul into tiny pieces, and leave me behind as they thought I did them.
I can only hope that when they’re done, there will be something left to save.
I really enjoy this authors writing style. She feeds you the emotional bits without pages of internal monologuing. There just the right amount of spice and heat thrown in to keep you turning the pages. -Kylera
I love this one so much. Childhood best friends ripped apart but somehow finding eachother again but still first there is healing. Love Matt and Riley a lot. -Noreah
A.J. Moran is a new to me author. I started with an ARC of a new Omegaverse/non-shifter book that is just released. This book has elements of dark romance, and is reverse harem, no MM in the pack. It is not super traditional along those lines though. It is also a bully omegaverse, but was mostly light bullying and only for a small percent of the book.
One of the things I really like is that the FMC is a strong character, even when she has had to flee in fear from past situations, she doesn't let it break her. I like when an FMC is not wishywashy and can stand on her own. She also actively has anxiety attacks from her trauma and I thought the story handled it appropriately. She does get in her head a lot, and some of the initial issues in the story would obviously not have been there if they would have just talked, but that is the point of the story isn't it ;)
Her and her 4 best friends grew up together, eventually, she presented as an omega, specifically their omega, but something happens and she disappears from their lives. They reconnect when they end up at the same college and accidentally share a co-ed living space in the dorm. They do not recognize her and she goes by a different name, so it takes a bit to figure out who she is. That is really when you see the bullying. Eventually the truth comes out and everything stops and the rest of the book is their love and relationship taking its course. It is not an easy path and they face a lot of challenges.
I liked each alpha, and I liked that they were well thought out characters. Each one had their own inner demons to deal with but they all loved each other for them anyways and worked together to help everyone. This book has some great representation: mental health/bipolar/active anxiety attacks and one alpha is deaf. Each of the alphas were easy to like, even in the beginning when they were not nice to her.
There is some decent spice in there, which of course picks up as the book goes. This book may not be everyone's cup of tea. But as far as omegaverse goes, this is definitely up there with some of my favorites. I look forward to reading more in this story line. -Bridgett

My life was almost perfect. I had a bonding ceremony planned with the guy I thought I was meant to marry. We would move to the suburbs and have beautiful babies. But then, he met me at the altar with my best friend on his arm.
Heartbroken and defeated, I moved into my sister’s swanky New York apartment. Not that she is there most of the time, being off filming around the world for the next big blockbuster hit.
I lost myself somewhere in the process.
Then my sister signed me up for Omega in Paradise, a reality TV show where I’m 'supposed' to meet the pack of my dreams—heavy on the air quotes. True love doesn’t exist; I know that from personal experience. But with the rumor mill swirling about me, can I use the show to my benefit?
I’ve always been content to stay out of the spotlight, letting others soak up the fame and adoration. But now, I don’t have a choice.
With the spotlight on me, can I prove to the world—and to myself—that I'm not broken?
I loved this version of the reality show. Liliah was jilted at her bonding ceremony by her best friend and her Alpha. She was sitting around moping until her sister talked her into going out. When she did she got drunk and puked all over Rafe a star and Alpha she was going out to dance with. After that she was even more depressed because she was all over the tabloids. Her sister talked her into going on a reality show to find her pack. She only did it to get out of the house.
Rafe, Miles, and Elliott were the Alphas on the show. They were doing it to keep their pack together because Rafe had been spiraling and they feared for their pack. They didn't think they'd really find their true match there. Then they met Liliah and all bets were off, but the show kept changing the rules on them.
Liliah didn't expect to find love or friends on the show. I found Chad refreshing and Willow was also a breath of fresh air.
I loved how the show tried to manipulate the Alphas at every turn, but they found ways around the rules.
I highly recommend this book. -Lou
Omegaverse is probably my favorite genre, but lately, I’ve been struggling to find a book that really clicks with me. I’m not a fan of Omegaverse stories that include multiple Megas or MM pairings because, for me, what makes this genre so special is the Omega being the heart of the pack—the glue that holds all the Alphas together.
Knot Broken embodied everything I love about Omegaverse. It was a low-angst read, which isn’t always my preference since I usually enjoy more drama, but in this case, it worked beautifully. The story was sweet, and every character was so well-written that you couldn’t help but love them. The chemistry practically jumped off the pages—not just between the Omega and the pack, but also in the friendships the Omega was building along the way.
I absolutely loved the plot, and this is definitely a book I’ll be rereading often. If you’re looking for a heartfelt, well-executed Omegaverse story, I highly recommend this one!

Ok - this was such a stinking cute omegaverse. I absolutely LOVED the spin on the bachelor with omegas in paradise, and thought this was such a delight from start to finish.
There is some angst but it really works perfectly with how it ties into the show, and I love her sister! I hope we get to see more from her and Chad in the future!! -Reading.TwinMom

Chad
Omega in Paradise was supposed to change my life.
Instead, it left me packless, back at my parents' mansion, far from the flashing lights and reality TV drama. Peace and quiet—time to figure out who I really am.
But Blue Ridge is full of unexpected surprises. My old obsession, Dean, is still lingering around the country club, and there's this sweet, innocent beta, Lakelyn, who’s taken up tennis lessons with him. And then there’s Mason—the alpha from the wrong side of the tracks who’s got a way of getting under my skin… in more ways than one.
I thought I could keep my heart out of it. But when my past, present, and future collide, staying neutral won’t be an option.
Lakelyn
Growing up as a beta with an alpha twin, I knew I had to work twice as hard to prove myself. Love and pack? They were never part of the plan.
Until Chad walks into my life, turning everything upside down. Now, I’m questioning everything—especially when he makes me want the kind of future I never thought I’d have. But with Dean and Mason in the picture, what I want may not even matter anymore.
This isn’t just a love square. It’s a dangerous game of hearts, and I’m right in the middle.
one yet..
You first meet Chad in knot broken, and to be honest, I didn't particularly like his character. But in this book, we get to see what makes Chad the way he is...
After the reality show, Chad finds himself running back to his hometown, Blue Ridge, where his past collides with his future.
He meets Lakelyn, the beta that pulls him in from the second he sees her, Mason an Alpha that tugs on his instincts and Dean, the Alpha from his past.
I adored seeing Chad in a new light, finding out exactly why he became the way he is...Bring the tissues parts of his story will make you want to cry, as seen in one of my favorite quotes.
"Maybe I am useless. Maybe that's why it's so easy for people to discard me for the next best thing."
This book has it all, sadness, heartbreak, angst, building friendships, and relationships that hopefully will beat all the odds against them.
If you like omegaverse, heats, knots, drama and angst, twists and turns you don't see coming, this is the book, and series for you. -Chante Heaven
I gasped and sighed with this book. Designations aside the dynamics between Chad, Dean, Mason and Lakelyn were awesome to read on paper. The delve into Chad's past really helped redeem his character after what we've read about him from the last book. I'd recommend the whole series! -Crystal Rivera
I have been waiting for this book. I read the previous in the series and I fell in love with Chad and I was so happy that he got an HEA. The thing s that the MCs have to go through is so tough. My heart wept for them. The world building is extremely well done. The plot was a very interesting one. A lot of layers and things to be dealt with both internal and external. I had one question at the end of the book. Other than that this is an amazing book. Please check it out! -Emzy Strong

On paper, I’m perfect. As the omega judge of Omega’s Next Top Model, my life is a glossy magazine spread: glamorous, successful, untouchable. But the truth? My perfection is a mask.
Years ago, I chose my acting career over four boys who held my heart. Todd, West, and Xayden—fiery alphas who were my world—and Jake, the steady beta who grounded us all. They gave me an ultimatum, and I chose the spotlight over our bond. I’ve regretted it ever since.
Now, those boys are men, and Primal Pulse, their rock band, is the stuff of legends. They’ve got groupies, fame, and a life that looks like a dream. But when my producer ropes them into a collaboration with my show, I see the truth behind their polished image: I hurt them more than I ever imagined.
The bond we fought to ignore? It’s still there, raw and undeniable. But forgiving me won’t come easy—for them or for myself. And as we’re thrust together under the glaring lights of fame, I’m forced to ask: Can I fix what I broke, or is some damage permanent?
In a world where perfection is an illusion, will I find the courage to make things right—or lose them all over again?
This book is like a backstage pass to a rock band reunion tour — complete with messy feelings, epic regrets, and enough alpha heat to melt a spotlight. Our omega judge is flawless on camera but a hot mess inside, trying to fix four guys she left hanging years ago (talk about drama!). If you love second chances, music vibes, and emotional fireworks, Knot Perfect is your next binge. Just be ready for some serious heart-tugging and a few “please forgive me!” moments. Perfectly imperfect and totally addictive!

Great read full of self reflection & owning up to past mistakes & misguided judgements. Ultimatums rarely go the way you'll hope, and her guys found that out the hard way. Luckily, years later, they got with the program and realized what a horrible & selfish position that put her in, and the rest is history. 5/5 -Amanda
This book is about forgiveness and second chances. The pack was young and just starting on their career path when an ultimatum was delivered and caused a split. The split broke everyone in different ways. They meet up again years later and with a lot of forced interactions, they find a way to forgive and be together. I enjoyed the story. I understand Ash's decision to choose herself and her future as well as the guilt she felt for that choice. The men realized the selfishness of their actions, and worked to gain her forgiveness and make the pack whole again. I loved Ash talking with each of them one-on-one even under the guise of fake dating. While there is spice in the book, it is not a focus. I would recommend this book to omegaverse lovers. -laura74

I’m really not the type to pine. Pining is for romantic comedies and starry-eyed Omegas who write their names next to their crushes in glittery journals. Not me. In my world, “love” is just a four-letter word you casually toss around after too many drinks.
And then I catch his scent—clean linen and cedar—and everything changes. My heart races, my knees nearly buckle, and for one wild moment, I think I’ve finally found what everyone talks about but I’ve never believed in: love at first sniff.
His name is Landon. That’s about all I manage to learn before he shuts me down with a tight, polite smile and the kind of look you’d give an overenthusiastic stranger at the grocery store. The connection is there, undeniable and electric, but he makes it clear in less than a breath: I’m not what he’s looking for.
Rejection is supposed to be easier when you don’t let yourself care, but somehow Landon gets under my skin anyway. Maybe it’s the way he says my name. Maybe it’s the way his eyes linger just a little too long, even when he’s trying to pull away. Or maybe it’s the fact that no matter how hard I try to ignore this connection I can’t.
For the first time, I’m starting to wonder if love isn’t just a fantasy. But chasing after Landon might be the most reckless thing I’ve ever done—and the one thing that could ruin me for good.
Author note: This Novella ends on a cliffhanger, the story will be continued in Knot Today. Although it is MF omegaverse now, the full book includes Why Choose and MM.
Knot Pink, prequel to the book Knot Today of the Hiddenverse series, by A. J. Moran @aj_moran_author. I love this series by AJ so much!
OMG, this book about Willow & Landon was HOLY CRUD! 😮 Tropes: Contemporary, Omegaverse, Prequel, Female/Male, Scent Match, Slept With Others Before Getting Together, Stupid Male Mistake, & A Cliffhanger! -ChristiLovesBooks_Smut
Its safe to say I want to wrangle Landon and strangle him.. I feel for Willow so much.. I loved seeing Chad and Lilah again! Great segue into the next book! -Crystal Rivera
I love Willow and how she's unashamed of who she is. I also loved seeing Chad and Lilah with their packs again.
It was horrible to see Willow finally find someone she is serious about in Landon, only to have him pull what he did. I'm looking forward to reading Knot Today now.
I love how this author has written these, where they're interconnected, and you get to see the others from previous books. -Lou

Social norms are the bane of my existence. The moment I presented as an omega, I rejected it. I’m not soft or gentle. Or willing to submit to the first alpha who thinks they can tame me.
I want to live my life.
Without the chains society wants to cast on me.
That’s why Roller Derby is my everything! On the rink, I’m only Jinx. Willow Delong, omega, doesn’t exist. Hell, my teammates don't even know my real name. Or care that I’m an omega at all.
But my stalker doesn’t care about boundaries.
Finn Reed sees me through the lens of his camera—too much, too clearly, too obsessively. He follows my every move, leaving little reminders that he’s always watching. And now, my father has decided the only way to keep me safe is to assign me bodyguards.
Carson, Hunter, and Graham. Elite alphas trained to protect people who actually matter. Not stubborn, reckless omegas who refuse to play by the rules. They think I need a cage wrapped in safety and sweet words.
I don’t.
I can handle Finn. I can handle them.
But I don’t know if I can handle him.
Because Landon’s back. The one who broke my heart. The one I tried to forget. The one I let bite me once.
Now, I’m fighting battles on all fronts—against the alphas who think they know what’s best, the stalker who won’t let me go, and the past that just walked back into my life.
I refuse to break.
Not today.
Author note: This is a Slow-Burn Why Choose Omegaverse Romance that contains MM, groveling (from previous cheating), and stalking.
Loved this book. Willow had a lot to learn about herself. A spoiled omega who wants to do things her own way meets three alphas who clip her wings in the name of protection. One broken promise that almost destroys her from her scent match who panicked and broke her heart. An obsessed stalker who loves her . They were drawn to each other in ways only they could understand. He had been severely abused as a child . His parents thought he was worthless,so they abandoned him. Where the world thought him to be a dangerous psychopath, Willow saw someone worth redeeming. Through opening hearts and minds a pack was formed for Willow and all five men who loved her. A family was founded on love and respect. This story will creep into your heart and you will find yourself pulling for Finn and Landon . Carson, Hunter and Graham were drawn to Willow from the beginning when her stubborn attitude and refusal to bow to their rules. She did not want any bodyguards trying to tell her what to do. Her father saw Finn as a threat whereas Willow knew he would not harm her even though he seemed a little unhinged. Feelings and temptations war against each other. Past hurts have to be worked through so a future can take place. The characters will remain in your mind long after you have read the story. -Diana Coley
Loved this book so much. Huge Omegaverse fan and this was perfect. Jinx was such a fun character and I enjoyed her story and her guys so much. Great read!!! -Athena
I love me a good RH/Omegaverse story line and A.J. Moran did not disappoint.
The story of Willow and her pack is full of twists, turns, angst, spice, love, and devotion… and some borderline obsession. But the devotion and love we see that stems from their story is all consuming and will make you wish for love and devotion like that.
Willow is your strong willed, Omega FMC. She does not follow the typical Omega nature of wanting to find a pack, settle down and have pups. She wants to live her own life, doing what she wants without anyone telling her how to live her life and how.
We meet the first 3 men of her eventual pack early on. Graham, Carson and Hunter are your typical MMC Alpha men who want to protect and take care of her. First hired to protect her, they quickly realize she is more than a job… she is their future, they just have to make her realize it.
The devotion, love, need to care for and protect Willow we see from these three is off the charts. They want her, regardless of the fact she is strong willed and doesn’t realize she needs or wants them back.
Then we meet Finn… the reason Graham, Carson, and Hunter have been brought into Willows life. To say he is obsessed is an understatement. He is truly obsessed with her and stalks her 24/7. However, he sees her. Truly sees her. He sees what she wants and needs even before she sees it herself. And she sees him. She sees past the person the others see. She sees his true self, his need to belong, his need for love, for a pack.
And last, but not least we see Landon. He is the one person who should have never hurt Willow but almost destroyed her. He is her past, her scent match but he is also her future. It just takes them a while to realize it.
The dynamics of this pack evolves so much throughout this story. This pack should not work… three Alpha protector men, one Beta who borderlines obsessive, and an Alpha who ran but realized he made a mistake.
The way A.J. brings this pack together… I really did not think that the dynamics would work, but it does and in the end they all find exactly what they needed… a family!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! -misty

This was a quick and spicy novella that was surprisingly sweet. I definitely would read this as a full length book however as with all novellas of this length we get the highlight points essentially. All the characters are well rounded for the amount of time available. It is single POV from the FMC. -Courtny
PLEASURE AND PAIN
Ally and Beckett, Wade Oz. My friend said..sign up for the hunt, it will be fun she said, masked men chasing you she said. They get to the maze and the chase is on. When shes caught they take her home. OMG what a night. Sexy, snarky and spicy. Hot spicy. Day breaks and that night at a bar with her friend they walk in. She knows its them because she recognized them. She runs out. Monday at the office business as usual. Tuesday a little worse holding it together and Wednesday not holding it together at all. She cant stand it and they dont even know it was her. The rest of the week and nights are .. well lets say interestingly entertaining and emotionaly revealing after misunderstandings.
Love her nicknames they have for her, Sugar, Bunny and Sweetheart, since of course they dont know who she is because they leave their masks on. The book… well..what can I say. It was fascinating and intriguing and informative and oh so risque and spine tingling hot. Very entertaining. Charecters are three dangerous, delicious and dark alphas and an omega -Kindle Customer...ARC Reader
Ohhhhhh boy… *fanning self… this story was uber hot. Wade, oz, and Beckett are so yummy and dominant. I love how they are with ally. Good storyline and I'm glad most of the best info was done in a correct and enlightening way. The author did good. Overall, probably one of my new omega faves. -AntoniaG
