A.J. Moran is a neurodivergent, chaos-wrangling, story-whispering wordsmith who pens steamy Reverse Harem and Why Choose romances across Paranormal Academy, Omegaverse, and contemporary worlds, complete with every flavor of queer relationship imaginable. If there’s a pack, a fated mate, or a delicious tangle of hearts (and bodies), she’s probably writing it.
At home in Michigan, she’s the proud mom of four adult kids who somehow survived her “mom writes spicy books” phase, and she’s still blissfully married to her high school sweetheart after a few plot-twisty bumps along the way. Their rowdy fur family keeps things delightfully unhinged: Jojo (who answers better to Scooby Doo, part Husky, Lab, and Australian Sheppard) and Kora (aka Scrappy Doo, a pushy, judgy beagle) are the dynamic dog duo, three ancient feline queens rule the household with iron paws, and one very spoiled chinchilla completes the zoo.
When she’s not herding characters out of her head before they stage a full rebellion, A.J. has been reading tarot and runes since her teenage years—because apparently predicting drama is more fun than just living it. She’s a lifelong Disney devotee who believes the best way to stay young is to never stop believing in magic, catchy songs, and the occasional talking animal.
She writes because the voices won’t shut up until their happily-ever-afters (or happily-ever-orgies) are properly delivered. So if you’re looking for love that’s messy, magical, and unapologetically plural… welcome to her world.
